You will be held in a safe space, where you can explore the murky, the scary and the often unsaid.
Bowerbird offers evidence based interventions, focusing on what is the best fit for you. Some of the interventions we might use include, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution Focused and Strengths Based approaches, with a holistic approach to your well being.
